This is a great wee sketch, which pokes fun at the constant changes in advice for healthy eating over the decades. The illogicality, and the humour, becomes obvious because 35 years of advice is squeezed into less than five minutes.
The video struck a chord with me as I discovered it about the same time as I realised the cooked breakfasts I got every morning as a child probably was the healthy option after all.
How did we do?
It is not possible to do anything online, and sometimes in meatspace, without getting follow-up communications by email or SMS asking: how did we do? It has become a disease. Organisations must be doing it to harvest email addresses, solicit social media "likes", satisfy a management consultant's recommendation or a combination of all three.

Highland oxpecker?
For more than a year we have had a sika deer hind coming, on a regular basis, to our garden to graze. Last May, the hind had her fawn right next to the house and we were lucky enough to see it within a couple of hours of its birth. In the last fortnight we have seen the deer in the house vicinity every day, and it is likely she has chosen the garden as a nice safe location to bring another fawn into the world.
